Syntax
slot accept slotNum [ subsystem ]
Release Information
Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.
Description
Erases from NVS the type and configuration of the previous module in the specified
slot, and allows you to configure a new module. Issue this command after you have
installed a different type of module in a slot. You can use this command only when
the state of the module in the slot is not present or disabled (mismatch). There is no
no version.
Options
slotNum —For ERX7xx models, a number in the range 0–6; for ERX14xx models,
a number in the range 0–13; for the ERX310 router, a number in the range 1–2;

for the E120 router, a number in the range 0–5; for the E320 router, a number
in the range 0–16
■
subsystem —Type of subsystem on the E120 and E320 routers; use when the
specified slotNumber is a slot that contains an SRP module
■
srp—Indicates the SC on one or both SRP modules; specify this keyword to
accept only the configuration of the portion of the SC on the individual SRP
module
■
fabric—Indicates the portion of the switch fabric on the SRP modules; specify
this keyword to accept only the configuration of an individual fabric slice
