Centralising a voicemail service
Where a system consists of multiple Call Servers and a voicemail service is to be centralised on a specific
Call Server an additional Voicemail Port(s) can be created to specify where to route the request to. This
service must be unticked in the BuiltIn Voicemail Port for the Call Server(s) no longer hosting the service.
The system will always look in the BuiltIn Voicemail Port for the Call Server receiving the request, and if
the service required is not enabled it will look for the Call Server entered in another Voicemail Port. The
Builtin Voicemail Port for the Call Server providing the centralised service must be configured with the
necessary number of channels required for this service via the Capacity field.
