Configuring the System Name and Supplier Name

Licences are issued against a company name and the supplier’s name

therefore the System Name and

Supplier Name provided with the licences must be entered accurately in the System configuration form.

If this information is not entered correctly the licences will not activate.

Please refer to the Configuring System Details section from page 9 for further details.

Enter the Licences on the system

Each licence is provided with the type of licence, the quantity of licences purchased and a licence key.

This information must be correctly entered; otherwise the licences will not be operational.

In Manager, select Licences

The Licences List will appear.

Click on the Add button

In the Key field enter the alpha-numeric code provided

In the Qty field enter the number of licences purchased

In the Licence field enter the type of licence purchased,

eg IPUser, MessageBox

Select Apply when ready.

The Valid field will display OK if the licence has been

entered correctly.
