Creating an Administrator for a Company
If the maximiser system is using the Companies feature you may wish an Administrator only to have
access to the entries re
lating to a specific Company. In this case within the required Administrator’s
configuration form select the Company field and select the required Company from the Select Company
list.

Creating an Administrator for PCS 60 Operator Console Mode
When a User is operating PCS 60 in Operator Console Mode, the PCS 60 can be configured to enable the
User to change another
User’s DND and Forwarding settings via
a Favourite (Speed Dial). To enable this
facility the PCS 60 must be configured with an Administrator name and password as follows. The
instructions describe the minimum requirement for Operator Console Mode usage, further access/rights
can be given to the Administrator if relevant.

Firstly, using the System Administrators wizard within Manager Assist create a new Administrator.
(Please refer to the Creating a new Administrator via the wizard section from page 15 for further
details.)

Set the following options:

Within the Administrator View screen, from the Show: list box select Users. From the
Add/Delete list box select No.

Within the Administrator Rights screen, from the Add Default Rights: list box select Yes.
