18. SET SIP_RPORT
Select the mode to use the rport parameter in Via header of SIP message or not.
Note:
Execute the “SAVE” command before finishing the maintenance command to reflect change.

The rport parameter indicate that the destination of SIP response is the originating port of SIP request in
Via header of SIP message. MG-BRI will operate as follows depending on the setting.
- 0: Not to be used.
Even if rport parameter is in Via header of SIP request received by MG-BRI, SIP response will be trans-
ferred to the port number written in Via header of SIP request without using the rport parameter. The rport
parameter will not be added to Via header of SIP request to be transferred from MG-BRI.
- 1: To be used for reception.
If rport parameter is in Via header of SIP request received by MG-BRI, SIP response will be transferred to
the originating port of SIP request. The rport parameter will not be added to Via header of SIP request to
be transferred from MG-BRI.
- 2: To be used for transmission.
Even if rport parameter is in Via header of SIP request received by MG-BRI, SIP response will be trans-
ferred to the port number written in Via header of SIP request without using the rport parameter. The rport
parameter will be added to the Via header of SIP request to be transferred from MG-BRI.
