MG(BRI) [SCA-2BRIA/MG-2BRIA]
Service Conditions for MG External hold-tone
1.
This feature is effective when Music-on-Hold service is effective (ASYD SYS1 Index64 bit7=1).
2.
Each MG(BRI) can choose hold-tone to send out by AMGIL command. This assignment takes prece-
dence over the data by ASYDL SYS1 Index810 bit2. This System Data is used to choose the hold-tone
when nothing is assigned for AMGIL command.
3.
MG(BRI) External hold-tone is used when External Music-on-Hold of the system is assigned, but it can-
not be used when the external music source is unavailable (no IPPAD card, line all busy).
4.
When MG(BRI) External hold-tone is selected but nothing is connected to MUSIC connector, MG(BRI)
will select the Internal hold-tone 1. When external music source is connected to MUSIC connector after
that, MG(BRI) can then select the External hold-tone.
5.
External Music-on-Hold (External Music-on-Hold and Expanded hold-tone) of the system or MG(BRI)’s
External hold-tone can be chosen. But those types of hold-tone cannot be used on one MG(BRI).
6.
When MB MG(BRI)’s External hold-tone is selected, Gain value can be assigned to each MG(BRI) indi-
vidually by AMGIL command.
