Dosierbandwaage tarieren
(Bedienpult HAUPTFUNKTIONEN)
Grundvoraussetzung:
- der Dieselmotor läuft mit Betriebsdrehzahl
- Der Bunker ist vollständig entleert
- das Dosierband ist ca. 5 Minuten mit einer
Drehzahl von ca. 50 % gelaufen
- Das Dosierband ist vollständig entleert
Dosierbandantrieb einschalten und eine
Drehzahl von ca. 50 % einstellen.
Weiße Taste drücken - die weiße LED blinkt
solange, bis der Tariervorgang beendet ist.
ACHTUNG
Die einwandfreie Funktion der Bandwaage wird
maßgeblich vom Zustand der 3 Tragrollen, deren
exakter Fluchtung zueinander und der Sauberkeit
des Fördergurtes beeinflusst.
Sauberkeit der Bandwaage = Genauigkeit !
Tarage de la bascule du tapis doseur

Conditions préalables requises :
- le moteur diesel tourne au régime
d’exploitation
- la trémie est entièrement vide
- le tapis doseur a tourné pendant env. 5
minutes à une vitesse approx. de 50 %
- le tapis doseur est entièrement vide
Enclencher l’entraînement du tapis doseur et
régler une vitesse de rotation d’env. 50 %.
Appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir blanc – la DEL
blanche clignote jusqu’à la fin du processus de
tarage.
ATTENTION
Le bon fonctionnement de la bascule du tapis
dépend très largement de l’état des 3 rouleaux
porteurs, de la précision de leur alignement et de la
propreté de la bande.
Propreté de la bascule du tapis = précision !
Taring dosing conveyor scales
(„Main functions“ control panel)
Basic requirements:
- Engine is running at operational speed
- Hopper is completely empty
- Dosing conveyor has been running for
approx. 5 minutes at approx. 50% speed
- Dosing conveyor is completely empty
Switch on the dosing conveyor drive and select
approx. 50% speed.
Press the white button. The white LED will blink
until the taring procedure is complete.
CAUTION
The precision of the conveyor scales is strongly
influenced by the condition of the 3 support rollers,
their exact alignment to each other, and the
cleanliness of the conveyor belt.
Cleanliness of the conveyor scales = accuracy !

TENZIONE
La precisione della bilancia del nastro trasportatore
dipende fortemente dalle condizioni dei 3 rulli di
supporto, dal loro esatto allineamento reciproco e
dalla pulizia del nastro trasportatore.
