Varianten der Chargenproduktion:
Chargenproduktion kann entweder zur Verladung auf LKW- oder zur
Ansammlung auf Halde angewandt werden.
Bei Verladung auf LKW wird der Sollwert eingegeben, der zur Beladung
eines LKW nötig ist (z.B. 10 t).
Bei Ansammlung auf Halde wird der Sollwert eingegeben, der zur
Sammelproduktion nötig ist (z.B. 300 t).
Grüner Taster Charge START =
Die Produktion erfolgt nach dem vorgegebenen Tonnagen-Sollwert. Ist
die Charge komplett produziert und verladen, stoppt der
Produktionsvorgang automatisch - durch Drücken des Charge START
Tasters wird eine neue Charge produziert.
Gelber Taster Charge PAUSE =
Kann die Charge nicht komplett verladen werden (z.B. nur ein 7,5 t LKW
vorhanden), kann die Produktion durch drücken des gelben Charge
PAUSE Tasters angehalten werden. Der Produktionsvorgang stoppt
automatisch (der Restwert von 2,5 t wird in der Soll-/Ist Anzeige
angezeigt) - durch Drücken des Charge START Tasters wird der Rest
der Charge produziert und kann z.B. auf einen 2,5 t LKW verladen
werden.
Roter Taster Charge STOP =
Kann die Charge nicht komplett verladen werden (z.B. nur ein 7,5 t LKW
vorhanden), kann die Produktion durch drücken des roten Charge
STOP Tasters angehalten werden. Der Produktionsvorgang stoppt
automatisch (der Restwert von 2,5 t wird auf "0" gesetzt) - durch
Drücken des Charge START Tasters wird eine neue Charge produziert.
Variations of batch production:
A produced batch can either be discharged onto waiting trucks or as a
stockpile.
When loading trucks, a nominal value is entered which is necessary to
load a truck (e.g. 10 t).
When producing a stockpile, a nominal value is entered for bulk
production (e.g. 300 t).
Green button - BATCH START =
Production is carried out according to the pre-selected batch tonnage.
When the batch is complete, the machine will automatically stop
production. A new batch can be started by pressing the BATCH START
button.
Yellow button - BATCH PAUSE =
If the batch quantity cannot be continuously loaded (e.g. only one 7.5 t
truck available), the batch production can be paused by pressing the
BATCH PAUSE button. The remaining batch quantity of 2.5 t will be
shown in the nominal/actual display. After pressing the BATCH START
button, the remaining batch quantity of 2.5 t can be loaded onto a
smaller truck.
Red button - BATCH STOP =
If the batch quantity cannot be completely loaded (e.g. only one 7.5 t
truck available), press the BATCH STOP button to finalise the batch.
The batch production will stop automatically and the remaining batch
quantity will be reset to "0". When pressing the BATCH START button, a
new batch production will be started.

lots peuvent être produits en vue du chargement sur camions ou de
l’entassement sur une aire de stockage.
En cas de chargement sur camions, on entre la valeur de consigne
correspondant au chargement d‘un camion (par ex. 10 t).
En cas d’entassement sur une aire de stockage, on entre la valeur de
consigne correspondant à la production groupée (par ex. 300 t)
Bouton-poussoir vert DEMARR lot =
La production s’effectue suivant le tonnage de consigne paramétré.
Après production et chargement complet du lot, le processus de
production s’arrête automatiquement – une pression sur le bouton-
poussoir vert de DEMARR lot déclenche la production d’un nouveau lot.
Bouton-poussoir jaune PAUSE lot =
Si le lot ne peut pas être chargé entièrement (par ex. si l’on ne dispose
que d’un camion de 7,5 t ), la production peut être interrompue en
pressant le bouton-poussoir jaune de PAUSE. Le processus de
production s’arrête automatiquement (un reste à produire de 2,5 t est
indiqué sur l’afficheur de valeurs théor./réelle) – une pression sur le
bouton-poussoir de DEMARR lot déclenche la poursuite de la
production du reste du lot, qui pourra par ex. être chargé sur un camion
de 2,5 t.
Bouton-poussoir rouge ARRET lot =
Si le lot ne peut pas être chargé entièrement (par ex. si l’on ne dispose
que d’un camion de 7,5 t), la production peut être interrompue en
pressant le bouton-poussoir rouge d’ARRET. Le processus de
production s’arrête automatiquement (le reste à produire de 2,5 t est
remis à "0") – une pression sur le bouton-poussoir vert de DEMARR lot
déclenche la production d’un nouveau lot.

PAUSA.
La restante quan-
tità da produrre di 2,5 t verrà indicata sul display dei valori nominali/reali.
Dopo aver premuto il pulsante CARICAMENTO
