Bei längeren Einsatzunterbrechungen (z.B. Überwinterung) sind
nachfolgende Konservierungsmaßnahmen vorzunehmen. Diese
Konservierungsmaßnahmen gelten je nach Witterungseinfluß für
eine Schutzdauer von ca. 6 - 12 Monaten. Vor
Wiederinbetriebnahme ist das Konservierungsöl abzulassen und
durch Öl der API - (MIL) Klassifikation zu ersetzen.
Als Korrosionsschutzöle gelten Öle, welche der Qualitätsklasse
MIL - C - 21260 oder TL 9150-037/2 bzw. NATO-Code C 640/642
entsprechen.

MASSNAHMEN ZUM ÜBERWINTERN / KONSERVIEREN DER
MASCHINE
Maschine mit konserviertem Motor unbedingt durch Anbringen eines
entsprechenden Hinweisschildes kennzeichnen !
Maschine außen und innen gründlich reinigen und möglichst gut belüftet
und trocken abstellen.
Kraftstofftank vollständig füllen.
Motor äußerlich mit handelsüblichem Kaltreiniger einsprühen und
reinigen.
Das noch warme Motoröl ablassen und Korrosionsschutz-Motoröl
einfüllen; Ölfilter austauschen.
Alle Schmierstellen entsprechend den Angaben im Wartungsheft
abschmieren.
Keilriemen abnehmen; die Rillen der Keilriemenscheiben mit
Korrosionsschutzöl einsprühen.
Öffnungen am Luftfilter sowie an der Abgasanlage gut verschließen.
Kühlmittel auf ausreichenden Frostschutz kontrollieren.
Bei Maschinen ohne Fahrerkabine ist das Bedienpult mit
handelsüblichen Konservierungsmitteln zu behandeln oder
abzudecken.
LCD-Anzeigen müssen vor Temperaturen unter -25
°
C geschützt
werden, indem die Maschine in einer ausreichend beheizten Halle
abgestellt wird. Alternativ sind die LCD-Anzeigen auszubauen und an
einem geeigneten Ort zu lagern. Öffnungen in Bedienpulten oder
Schaltschränken sind abzudecken.
Batterien ausbauen; Polköpfe mit Säureschutzfett behandeln und nach
Angaben des Herstellers nachladen. Die Batterien sollten in einem
trockenen, temperierten und gut belüfteten Raum gelagert werden.
Bei vorhandenen Luftvorratsbehältern ist das Kondenswasser
abzulassen und geeignete Frostschutzmittel in den Frostschutzbehälter
der Druckluftanlage einzufüllen.
Folgende Anlagen müssen vollständig entleert werden:
- Wassertank
- Hochdruckreiniger
- Wasseranlage
MASSNAHMEN BEI WIEDERINBETRIEBNAHME DER MASCHINE
Vor Wiederinbetriebnahme ist das Korrosionsschutzöl von den
Keilriemenscheiben zu entfernen. Keilriemen wieder auflegen und
spannen.
Das Konservierungsöl aus dem Motor ablassen und durch Motoröl der
API (MIL) Klassifikation ersetzen.
Die Batterie(n) einbauen und auf Ladezustand und Säurestand
überprüfen.
Ölstände in Motor, Getriebe und sonstigen Ölvorratsbehältern
überprüfen.
Kühlmittelstand und Gefrierschutz überprüfen.
Funktion der elektrischen Anlage überprüfen.
Ansaugöffnung am Luftfilter und an der Abgasöffnung freimachen.
Motor starten; Öldruck überprüfen; Schläuche und sonstige Leitungen
auf Dichtheit und Porösität überprüfen; Funktion der Bremsen
überprüfen.
The following conservation measures are to be carried out prior to
long stationary periods (e.g. during winter). These conservation
measures are valid, depending upon weather influences, for
periods of approx. 6-12 months. Before starting-up after winter, the
slushing oil is to be drained out and replaced by oil of API - (MIL)
grade.
Slushing oils are oils which comply to the classification of MIL - C -
21260 or TL-9150-037/2 or NATO Code C-640/642.
REMARKS
Observe the original operating instructions of the engine manufacturer.
WINTER STORAGE / CONSERVING THE MACHINE
Ensure that a machine which is conserved for winter is marked with a
sign.
Clean the machine thoroughly on the inside and outside and park it in a
dry and well ventilated environment.
Completely fill the fuel tank.
Clean the outside of the engine with a conventional cold solvent.
Drain out the engine oil while it is still warm and replace with slushing
oil. Change the oil filter.
Lubricate all lubrication points according to the operating and service
manual.
Remove the V-belts and treat the pulley grooves with slushing oil.
Tightly seal all openings on the air filter and exhaust system.
Check that the engine coolant has sufficient anti-freeze.
If the machine is not equipped with a cab, the control panel is to be
treated with a conservation substance or covered up.
LCD displays must be protected against temperatures below -25°C by
parking the machine in a sufficiently heated building or removing the
LCD display and storing it in a suitable place. Cover up all resulting
openings in the control panels and electrical cabinets.
Remove the batteries, treat the terminals with special battery grease
and charge them according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The
batteries should be stored in a dry and well ventilated room of moderate
temperature.
If installed, drain the condensation out of the compressed air tank and
fill the defroster unit of the compressed air system with a suitable anti-
freeze.
The following units must be fully drained:
- Water tank
- High-pressure cleaner unit
- Water unit
STARTING-UP THE MACHINE AFTER STORAGE
Clean the slushing oil off the belt pulleys. Install and tension the V-belts.
Drain the slushing oil out of the engine and replace with engine oil of
API (MIL) classification.
Install the batteries and check their charging condition and acid level.
Check the oil level in the engine, gearboxes and all oil tanks.
Check the level of coolant and anti-freeze.
Check that the electrical system functions correctly.
Unseal the air filter intake port and exhaust outlet port.
Start the engine and check the oil pressure. Check all pipes and hoses
for cracks or leakages. Check that the brakes function correctly.
