A forced interrupt can be used during memory operation to cancel the current

positioning and perform a circumvention in case of an emergency.

•

This operation forcibly cancels the current positioning operation and executes

positioning from the designated sequence number.

The pulses currently being output are stopped immediately without decelera-

tion.
