operating data area designation (word m), the beginning word, l, of the operating
data area will be determined by the setting of word m+1, which specifies the
beginning word of operating data area.

The operating data area is divided into an area for data that is output from the
CPU Unit to the PCU and an area for data that is input from the PCU to the CPU
Unit. The memory allocation of the operating data area is shown in the following
tables. For more details, refer to the section on the relevant function.
