When the X axis position is absolute and the Y axis position is relative, the X axis
and Y axis operate in the opposite way from that illustrated above.
When the X Axis and Y Axis Positions are Both Absolute
When a decelerated stop is executed before the target position has been
reached, positioning is resumed for both axes by restarting.

When positioning is stopped by a deceleration stop, the stopped sequences for
both axes are re-executed by restarting positioning.
