Analog Output Units
Section 9-3
■
4 to 20 mA
When the resolution is 1/6,000, the hexadecimal values 0000 to 1770 (0 to
6000) correspond to an analog current range of 4 to 20 mA.
The entire output range is 3.2 to 20.8 mA.
When the resolution is 1/12,000, the hexadecimal values 0000 to 2EE0 (0 to
12000) correspond to an analog voltage range of 4 to 20 mA.
The entire output range is 3.2 to 20.8 mA.

Connect and wire Units.
Create a ladder program.
• Connect Analog Output Units.
• Wire to analog input devices.
• Write set data to output words
CP1W-DA041/DA042: Words (n+1, n+2)
CP1W-DA021: Word (n+1)
• Set use of outputs.
• Select output signals using range codes.
• Write D/A conversion values to output words
