17.11 PURGE AND CONVERT FOLLOW-ME-FORWARD

If the XC1000 is a standalone, non-networked XC1000, skip this section.
If the XC1000 is part of a network, perform the purge and convert follow-
me-forward mailbox-conversion procedure on all voice processors in the
network every time a new voice processor is added to the network.
Refer to the
Release 4.0 System Manager Manual
, Addendum III for
instructions on how to purge and convert follow-me-forward mailboxes.
17.12 FCP CONVERSION STAGES
The FCP conversion is divided into numbered stages, starting with the
number 10. All of the stages are described in this section. Gaps in the
numbering do not indicate missing stages.
As the FCP conversion is performed, messages appear on the screen. Some
of these messages are for information only; others require a response.
Do not press any keys unless prompted to do so. Pressing a key when the
conversion PC is expecting a response from the XC1000 might cause the
procedure to fail.
If the PC screen-saver program is activated during the conversion, press
only the
Shift
key to redisplay the screen.
