Status-codes F0 and F1 do not report a defective record number. These
status-log entries are considered soft errors, because the file card was able
to recover from the error by trying the operation again. These status codes
do not need to be corrected. The CB OUT message begins at offset 11, and
the CB IN message begins at offset 21.
Status-code F2 reports a hard error on the drive reported in offset 13. The
CB OUT message, displayed when the drive test failed, begins at offset 10
of the status-log entry; the CB IN message begins at offset 20.
