XC1000 Service
An XC1000 currently running on Release 3.0 software with supported
languages. The only language currently supported is American English,
phrase level .33.51 (Rel. 3.0).
A PC, preferably an 80386 or 80486 portable with a 33-MHz proces-
sor, at least one serial COM port, 8 MB of RAM, and at least 20 MB of
free space available on the hard drive.
Octel recommends a Toshiba T4600/c or T4700/c. Anything below an
80386 is not supported.
One 25-foot, right-angled, DB25, 15-pin SMT cable, P/N
057–1174–000.
One female/female DB25/DB9 gender changer adapter, P/N
003–1091–000 or, if the PC COM port has a 25-pin male connection, a
female/female DB25/DB25 gender changer adapter, P/N
003–1092–000.
CPU C20 turbo card 16 MB, P/N 044–2053–025, with the following
EPROMs:
Low byte, P/N 039–1402–001, revision 9312 or higher
High byte, P/N 039–1403–001, revision 9312(or higher
If standby-redundant XC1000, two cards and two sets of EPROMs are
required.
Two F10 file cards, P/N 044–2005–XXX,
