Working with Memory-Module Kits
2. Firmly push downward on the retaining clips at both ends of
the dual inline memory module connector. This ejects the dual
inline memory module from the connector.
3. Lift the dual inline memory module out of the connector.
4. Store any memory-module kits you are no longer using in a
static-protective package. Make a note of the kit size, type, and
speed for future reference.

Note: Adding or removing memory-module kits changes the
configuration information in the server. When you
restart the server, the system displays POST error 164.
Start the Configuration/Setup utility program and select
Save Settings.
