O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], unable to
create a lock folder on the SMB server due to the following
reason:
z
The specified lock folder already exists.
[Remedy] Take one of the following actions:
z
If any lock directory(.LCK) exists in the forwarding
destination, manually delete it, then try again.
z
Check if the specified name is being used for another
folder.
z
Check if the folder exists.
027-524
O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], unable to
create a folder on the SMB server, because the specified
folder already exists.
[Remedy] Check if the specified name is being used for another file
or folder on the SMB server.

O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], unable to
delete a file on the SMB server due to the following
reasons:

The file does not exist.
z
The file is being opened.
z
The specified file name is being used as the directory.
[Remedy] Check whether or not the file is not being used by another
user at the specified save location.

O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], unable to
delete a lock folder on the SMB server due to the following
reasons:

The file does not exist.
z
The directory is not empty.
z
The specified directory name does not exist.
[Remedy] If any lock directory (.LCK) exists in the forwarding

user at the specified save location.

O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], no space is
available at the save location on the SMB server.
[Remedy] Check if the save location has free space.

O [Cause] During the transfer via SMB of [Scan to PC], an
unexpected error has been received from the SMB server,
or an unexpected internal machine error has occurred.
[Remedy] Log in from another computer using the same user
information, then check if the file can be written at the
same save location on the SMB server. Then try again. If
the error persists, it may be an internal error. Contact our
Customer Support Center.
