Problem Solving

Paper Jams at 2a in the Finisher (Using the Wheel 2c)

If the edge of the jammed paper
comes out from the exit of the
output tray, gently pull out the
paper to remove.

Open the front cover of the finisher.

Move the lever 2a to the right.

Turn the wheel 2c in the direction
of the arrow to eject the jammed
paper.

Gently remove the paper.

Return the lever 2a to its original position.

Close the front cover of the finisher.

Note

•

A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate unless the front cover is
completely closed.
