Problem Solving

Return the lever 3 to its original position.

Close the front cover of the finisher.

Note

•

A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate unless the front cover is
completely closed.

Paper Jams at 5 in the Finisher

Open the finisher's exit cover 5
upward.

Gently remove the jammed paper
to the right.

Return the exit cover 5 to its original position.

Paper Jams at 4a in the Finisher (For C Finisher with Booklet Maker)

Open the front cover of the finisher.

Pull out the unit 4.
