Enables or disables the embedding function for balanced ports. It is allowed to change the circuit model
and its parameters while embedding is enabled.

Define a balanced port configuration.
CALC:TRAN:VNET:BAL:EMB:TND CSSL
Select the Serial Cs, shunt L circuit model for embedding.
CALC:TRAN:VNET:BAL:EMB:PAR:R3 CSSL, 2.2E+3;
CALC:TRAN:VNET:BAL:EMB ON
Increase the resistance R3 for the Serial Cs, shunt L circuit model
to 2.2 k

and enable embedding.
