A Telnet window to the switch opens.

Opening an SSH connection to the device

From Device Manager, you can initiate a Secure Shell (SSH) connection to the 
Console Interface for the switch or stack you are currently accessing.

To open an SSH connection to a device:

From the Device Manager main menu, choose 

Device > SSH 

Connection

On the toolbar, click the 

SSH

 button.

An SSH window to the device opens.

Opening the Web-based management home page

From the Device Manager, you can access the Web-based management home 
page.
