Local Time at Minimum

Definition

The time of the minimum value of a local feature.

Description

The time of the minimum value of the first local feature in a waveform after the left parameter
cursor is determined. The time is returned as ltmn. Provided for histograms are all times for
local feature minimums between the parameter cursors.
