Control Board Connection Error
Connection error between the control board and the drive

There is a connection error.
• Turn o ff the power and check the connection between the control board and the drive
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.
Drive fails to operate properly due to noise interference.
• Check the various options available to m inim ize the effects o f noise.
• Counteract noise in the control circuit, main circuit, and ground wiring.
• U se only recommended cables or other shielded line. Ground the shield on the controller side or on the drive input power side.
• Ensure that other equipment such as switches or relays do not cause noise and use surge absorbers if required.
• Separate all communication wiring from drive power lines. Install an EMC noise filter to the drive power supply input.

There is an error in EEPROM control circuit.
• Turn o ff the power and check the connection between the control board and the drive.
• If the problem continues, replace the control board or the entire drive. Contact Yaskawa or a Yaskawa representative for
instructions on replacing the control board.
The power supply was switched o ff w hile parameters
were being saved to the drive.
Reinitialize the drive (A1-03).
Power to the control board was lost w hile writing
parameter settings during R escue Operation.
