5.7 H: Terminal Functions
Setting 1: Zero Speed
Terminal closes whenever the output speed or motor speed (CLV, CLV/PM) falls below the minimum output speed set to
E1-09 or S1-01.
Status
Description
Open
The operating speed is faster than the minimum output frequency (E 1-09) and the zero speed level at stop (S1-01).
Closed
The operating speed is b elow the minimum output frequency (E 1-09) and the zero speed level at stop (S1-01).
N ote: W hen using CLV or CLV/PM control modes, the zero speed level is defined by S1-01. In all other control modes, the zero speed
level is the minim um output speed set to E1-09.
Setting 2: Speed agree 1 (fref/fout Agree 1)
Closes whenever the actual output speed (CLV, CLV/PM) is within the Speed Agree Width (L4-02) o f the current speed
reference regardless of the direction.
Status
Description
Open
Output speed or motor speed does not match the speed reference w hile the drive is running.
Closed
Output speed or motor speed is within the range o f speed reference ±L4-02.
N ote: D etection works in both directions, forward and reverse.
Refer to
L4-01, L4-02: Speed Agreement Detection Level and Detection Width on page 193
for more details.
Setting 3: User-set speed agree 1 (fref/fset Agree 1)
Closes whenever the actual output speed or motor speed (CLV, CLV/PM) and the speed reference are within the speed
agree width (L4-02) o f the programmed speed agree level (L4-01).
Status
Description
Open
Output speed or motor speed and the speed reference are not both within the range o f L4-01 ±L4-02.
Closed
Output speed or motor speed and the speed reference are both within the range o f L4-01 ±L4-02.
N ote: Detection works in both forward and reverse. The value o f L4-01 is used as the detection level for both directions.
Refer to
L4-01, L4-02: Speed Agreement Detection Level and Detection Width on page 193
for more instructions.
