Potentiometer Setting Condition
P1 On delay With SW2-1 in the up position, pot will adjust valve on
delay from 0 -17 ms.

Off delay With SW2-3 in the up position, pot will adjust valve off
delay from 0 -17 ms.
P3 Minimum speed Clockwise (CW) adjustment – higher minimum speed
before glue enable
Counterclockwise (CCW) adjustment – lower minimum
speed before glue enable
P4 Dump time With JP3 in the “old” position, pot will adjust dump-
valve off time after machine goes below minimum
speed.
P5 Hot-melt analog volts adjustment When running a hot -melt system, adjustment will lower
0-10VDC analog out to hot-melt speed
