Start switches (start of pattern)
Used to set the start point of the glue pattern. Values can
be entered up to 99.99 inches for imperial systems (9999
millimeters for metric systems).

Stop switches (end of pattern)
Used to set the point at which the glue pattern will end.
Values can be entered up to 99.99 inches for imperial
(9999 millimeters for metric systems). In AutoGlue, this is
the dimension at which the glue stops before the end of
the tab.

Sensor LED
When illuminated, this LED indicates that the scanner
has seen the product. This will illuminate while the
scanner is activated.

“Glue enable” LED
When illuminated, this LED indicates the glue-enable
signal is present to the valve-driver board to turn on the
glue valve.
Note! The LED will illuminate below minimum speed,
even though there is no glue being applied.
5 Fluid-flow-control
adjustment
knob
Allows for fine adjustment of glue volume. Changes can
be seen on the front-panel pressure gauge.

Valve –selector switch
Allows for the selection of valve. When the switch is off,
the valve does not fire, even though the glue-enable LED
is flashing. The gun switch must be on in order to apply
glue when the glue-enable LED is flashing. (See Note
below)

Fluid-flow-control pressure gauge
Indicates a boost in air pressure added to the preset
pressure of glue regulator. Can be adjusted using fluid-
flow-control adjustment knob.

“Power-on” LED
When illuminated, this LED indicates the power is on.

AutoGlue Selector Switch
Selects either AutoGlue mode (up) or Pattern Glue mode
(down) of operation.

AutoGlue LED
When illuminated, the control is in AutoGlue mode and
will glue the entire tab minus start and stop dimensions.

Pattern Glue LED
When illuminated, the control is in Pattern Glue mode
and will start at first dimension and stop at end
dimension.

Setting all of the front panel start and
stop switches to “0000 0000” will NOT
disable the glue valve. The valve-
selector On/Off switch is used to turn off
or “disable” the valve.
