9. Clean the solenoid orifice with a dry cloth.
10. Unscrew the knurled thumbnut from the solenoid body. (Do not
lose the diaphragm and washer from the solenoid body.)
11. Use a clean dry cloth to clean any dust or dirt particles from the
inside of the EPC solenoid valve.
To assemble the EPC solenoid valve, follow these steps:
1. Assemble the solenoid valve in the reverse order of the
disassembly steps described above.
Pay close attention to the orientation of
the internal diaphragm and washer.
2. When reassembling the solenoid valve, be careful not to
overtighten. Overtightening will crush the seals and cause air
leaks.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other solenoid.
4. Put the manifold back into the enclosure and use the four
screws and washers to tighten.
5. Reconnect the air lines back into the manifold to the proper
ports.
6. Turn on the air supply to the VC350AG control.
