Electrical Installation of the DD-1 Pump

There is a connection on the interface board for supplying voltage to the DD-1 pump. The cable used to connect the
pump to the VC350A should have a minimum of two conductors (18-22 AWG).

To connect the pump cable to the control, follow these steps:

1. Insert the pump cable into the control enclosure through a cord grip located on the bottom panel of the

control.

2. Connect the pump cable to the 2-terminal connector labeled “J10-DD-1 PUMP” on the interface board.

Connections are as follows:

Pin 1:

24VAC - Black (new valve cables)

Brown (old valve cables)

Pin 2:

24VAC - White (new valve cables)

Blue (old valve cables)

3. Tighten the cord grip used by the pump cable.

For additional information, see the DD-1 Pump Manual (PN MS005).

Mechanical Installation of the DD-1 Pump

There are two types of DD-1 pump installations:
