Smontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Allentare la fascetta (8) di fissaggio
tubo collegamento alla scatola filtro
aria e scollegare la tubazione.
Allentare la fascetta (6) di fissaggio
tubo (5) collegamento alla valvola
sfiato olio (7) e scollegare il tubo dalla
valvola filtro olio.
Svitare la vite (1) di fissaggio scatola
sfiato olio (3) al telaio e alla scatola
filtro aria (A). Recuperare la rosetta (
2 )
e il distanziale (4).
A questo punto è possibile sfilare la
scatola sfiato olio (3) verso la parte
anteriore del veicolo.
Svitare e rimuovere la valvola sfiato
olio (7) dal motore.
Verificare le condizioni dell'anello OR
(9) ed eventualmente sostituirlo.
Rimontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni effettuate
durante lo smontaggio.
In particolare, in caso venga sostituito
il tubo (5) è consigliabile fissarlo prima
alla scatola recupero olio (3) serrando
la fascetta (8) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3), poi fissarlo alla valvola di
sfiato (7) serrando la fascetta (6) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Note
Durante il rimontaggio
lubrificare l'anello OR (9) con grasso
prescritto.
Note
Per una maggiore semplicità
durante le operazioni di smontaggio e
di rimontaggio si consiglia di orientare
le fascette di fissaggio tubazioni
come nella loro posizione originale.

Removing the oil
breather reservoir
Loosen the clip (8) of the connection
hose to the airbox and disconnect
hose.
Loose the clip (6) of the connection
hose (5) to the oil breather valve (7)
and disconnect hose from the oil filter
valve.
Unscrew the screw (1) securing the
oil breather reservoir (3) to the frame
and to the airbox (A). Collect the
washer (
2 ) and the spacer (4).
The oil breather reservoir (3) can now
be removed from the vehicle front
side.
Release and remove the oil breather
valve (7) from the engine.
Check the O-ring (9) and replace as
required.
Refitting the oil breather
reservoir
Installation is a reversal of the
removal procedure.
In particular, in case hose (5) is
changed, we recommend you to
secure it to oil recovery tank (3) by
tightening clamp (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3), and then to secure
it to breather valve (7) tightening
clamp (6) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Note
On refitting, grease the O-ring
(9) with the specified grease.
Note
During removal and installation,
keep the hose clips orientated as
originally fitted.
