Attenzione
La casa costruttrice del gruppo
rinvio frizione, considerando
l'importanza in termini di sicurezza
che riveste questo componente,
suggerisce di non intervenire in
nessun modo all'interno del gruppo
rinvio frizione (25). Una revisione non
eseguita correttamente può mettere
in serio pericolo l'incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si
devono limitare per il gruppo rinvio, al
gruppo di spurgo, alla tenuta e al
pistoncino completo.
Smontaggio gruppo
rinvio frizione
Svitare le tre viti (26) di fissaggio
gruppo rinvio (25) frizione al motore.
Sfilare il gruppo dal carter, facendo
attenzione alla guarnizione OR (24)
posizionata al suo interno.
Rimuovere il tappo (8) e lo spurgo (20)
e svitare la vite (19), facendo
attenzione alle guarnizioni (17): il
gruppo rinvio (25) è libero dal tubo
(18).
A questo punto è inoltre possibile
sfilare l'asta rinvio frizione (22) e
verificare lo stato di usura dei due
anelli OR (23) ed eventualmente
sostituirli.

Svuotare l’impianto

Warning
Critical safety components. The
clutch slave cylinder manufacturer
recommends that you do not attempt
to service the internal components of
the clutch slave cylinder (25).
Incorrect overhaul of these critical
safety components can endanger
rider safety.
Only a limited number of slave
cylinder parts should be replaced, that
is bleed unit, seal and complete
piston.
Removing the clutch
transmission unit
Undo the three screws (26) securing
the clutch transmission unit (25) to
the engine.
Remove the clutch transmission unit
from the casing. Do not damage the
O-ring (24).
Remove the plug (8), the drain (20)
and undo the screw (19). Do not
damage the seals (17): the
transmission unit (25) is now
disconnected from the tube (18).
The clutch transmission rod (22) can
now be removed. Check both O-rings
for wear (23) and replace, if
necessary.
