Rimontaggio impianto
freno anteriore
Quando si procede al rimontaggio del
disco sul cerchio pulire perfettamente
le superfici di appoggio e applicare
sulla filettatura delle viti di fissaggio
(14) un frenafiletti.
Avvitare le sei viti (14) di fissaggio
disco (13) freno anteriore alla ruota
anteriore seguendo la sequenza 1-3-
5-2-4-6.
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Procedere al rimontaggio della ruota
sul motociclo (Sez. G 1).
Durante il rimontaggio dell'impianto
fare particolare attenzione
all'orientamento dei raccordi del tubo
freno (8) sulla pompa e sulla pinza.
Nel caso della pinza freno anteriore
destra appoggiare il raccordo del tubo
di collegamento al fermo (A)
antirotazione della pinza.
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza o
sulla pompa deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le apposite
guarnizioni (
4 ).
Dopo aver orientato il raccordo, serrare
la vite (6) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Inserire la pinza (10) sul disco.
Applicare grasso su filetto e sottotesta
delle viti (2).
Avvitare le due viti (2) di fissaggio pinza
allo stelo della forcella.
Serrare le viti (2) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Eseguire la stessa operazione per la
pinza freno destra.
Posizionare il gruppo pompa/leva (Sez.
F 3).
Refitting the front brake
system
Before refitting the brake disc to the
wheel rim, clean all contact surfaces
thoroughly and smear threadlocker
on the threads of the retaining screws
(14).
Position the six retaining screws (14)
of the front brake disc (13) to the front
wheel in this sequence: 1-3-5-2-4-6.
Tighten the screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the wheel to the motorcycle
(Sect. G 1).
When refitting the brake system, care
must be taken to position the line (8)
connectors on the brake cylinder and
the caliper at the correct angles.
When working on RH front brake
caliper, rest connection line
connector to caliper one-way retainer
(A).
Warning
Incorrectly positioned hoses
can cause brake faults and interfere
with moving parts.
Correct position is shown in the
diagram.
Fit the special seals ( 4 ) to the
connector when securing the brake
hose to the brake caliper or the brake
cylinder.
Arrange the connector at the correct
angle and then tighten the screw (6)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the caliper (10) to the disc.
Grease the thread and underhead of
the screws (2).
Tighten the two screws (2) retaining
the caliper to the front fork leg.
Tighten the screws (2) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Repeat the process for the right
caliper.
Position the brake cylinder-and-lever
assembly (Sect. F 3).
