Performing a Hard (Cold) Reset

To initiate a hard (cold) reset on the unit:
1 Select Platform > Management > Reset. The Reset page opens.

2 Click Reset.
3 A prompt appears asking if you want to proceed with the reset.

Click Yes to initiate the reset.

The unit is reset.
