You can use the rear camera to scan printed text and
add the scanned text to the phonebook, store a
bookmark, or use the text to compose mail. You can
also make a call or access a website using the data.

Up to 8 pieces of scanned data can be stored.

Hold the FOMA terminal firmly to avoid shaking
during scanning.

When scanning text, hold the rear camera about
10 cm away from the text.

Vertically written Japanese text can be scanned.
