z
If you started to use FOMA services after
September 1, 2005, you do not have to apply for
international roaming services to use it. However, if
you did not wish to use it, you have to apply for it
separately.

If you started to use FOMA services before August
31, 2005 and have not applied for “WORLD WING”
yet, you have to apply for it separately.

To use international roaming services, a WORLD
WING-compatible FOMA card (other than blue)
must be inserted.
z
Services are not available in some billing plans.
z
Usage charges overseas are included in monthly
charges. Usage charges overseas may not be all
billed in the same month, even if incurred in the
same billing period, depending on conditions at the
operator, etc. at your destination.
z
Call charges displayed in “Call data” include both
incoming and outgoing calls. However, the
displayed call charges may differ from the actual
ones, or “
¥**
” may appear.
z
By default, when the power is turned on after you
arrive at the destination overseas, a local roaming
operator is automatically searched and set. If you
move out of the service area, another available
operator in that area will be automatically searched
and set.
You can also set the operator manually.
