Displaying Desktop Icon
Messages for New Mail in 3D
Animation
<3D display setting>
When the new mail, message or chat mail desktop
icon is highlighted, the new mail subject or emotion-
expressing mail icon appears. Display pictograms
contained in the mail subject or the emotion-
expressing mail icon in 3D animation.

The first 22 double-byte or 44 single-byte
characters of the subject appear.

Setting the Neuropointer
<Neuropointer>
For better use of the pointer operated by the
Neuropointer key (

), set the pointer display, speed
or icon design.

The pointer is available when “ ” is displayed on
the screen.

There are 2 colors for the pointer icon according to
the cursor follow style. If the pointer is “Basic” and
, the cursor follows when the pointer moves. If
the pointer is , the cursor does not follow when
the pointer moves.

Turn on/off the Neuropointer.
Speed …… Adjust the pointer speed.
Simple …… Select Normal/High.
Detail …… Adjust the pointer speed for

0 (left end) to 11 (right end). Moving the slide
from left to right adjusts the speed from slow to
fast, and vice versa.
Reset …… Reset the pointer speed to default.

Adjust …… Set the sliding range for the
Neuropointer following the on-screen
instructions to move the pointer correctly.
Reset …… Reset the slide adjustment to
default.
Pointer icon setting …… Change the pointer icon
design. Use the function menu to change the list
display mode (Title name list/Picture list) of the
selection screen.

as the list or icon screen.

When the destination folder is locked, the
emotion-expressing mail icon, pictogram 3D
animation or subject does not appear.
z
When the subject of a new mail or message is “No
title” or SMS is received, the emotion-expressing
mail icon appears in 3D animation and “New mail”
or “New message” appears when the desktop icon
is highlighted.
