This section details procedures for maintaining this equipment. It covers backing up and restoring files, deleting files
stored on this equipment, and updating the software on COMMAND CENTER.
About the maintenance functions
In the [Maintenance] menu of the COMMAND CENTER administrator mode, an administrator can perform the following
maintenance:
Uploading client software in COMMAND CENTER
An administrator can upload client software that allows users to download to their computers from COMMAND CENTER.
This maintenance feature is used to upload new versions of software in COMMAND CENTER.

Removing client software from COMMAND CENTER
An administrator can remove client software that restricts users from downloading software from COMMAND CENTER.
This maintenance feature is used to disable specific software in COMMAND CENTER.

Backing up data in the hard disk
An administrator can create backup files of address book, mailboxes, and templates in the hard disk. This maintenance
feature is used to create the backup files before updating the system software or hard disk replacement, etc.
