Function block contacts
The following table is a general overview of the function
block contacts. A detailed overview of all contacts used in
the standard and safety circuit diagram is provided in
section “Contacts and coils used in the circuit diagram” on
page 643.

Contact Meaning of
abbreviation Description
AC AC tive Status 1, as long as the input value has been buffered but
not yet transferred to the easyNet with the PUT function
block.
CY C arr y Status 1, if the value range is exceeded; ( c arr y )
E1 E rror 1 Error 1, dependent on function block
E2 E rror 2 Error 2, dependent on function block
E3 E rror 3 Error 3, dependent on function block
ER ER ror Error, dependent on function block
EQ EQ ual Comparison result, status 1 if values equal.
FB F all B elow Status 1, if the actual value is less than or equal to the
lower setpoint value;
GT G reater T han Status 1 if the value at I1 > I2;
LT L ess T han Status 1 if the value at I1 < I2;
OF O ver F low Status 1, if the actual value is greater than or equal to the
upper setpoint value;
