moment load is calculated from the flat wheels for downward forces (left image), and from the
v-wheels for upward forces (right image).
d. The system is designed to be operated with the v-wheels in full contact with the upper v-rail at
all times. The anti-tip blocks provide additional support in the event of an unexpected application
applied.
