AIR CONDITIONER FILLING
•
The filling valves for the air conditioner are located at the left side of the engine, behind
the rear side of the compressor.
•
The air conditioner is filled with refrigerant R134a.
8.8.2
CHANGING THE AIR CONDITIONER BELT
This procedure must be performed by a qualified person. Before working on the area with the
belt assembly, stop the tractor in safe conditions, shut off the engine and remove the key from
the ignition lock.
Check the belt tension by pressing on the middle of the longest section of the belt (between the
drive shaft and the air conditioner compressor), see Fig. 3.
If the belt is too loose, it must be adjusted.
•
Unscrew the protective grill.
•
Slightly loosen the screws B.
•
Adjust the tension of the belt by moving the air conditioner compressor.
•
When the adjustment is finished, tighten the screws B and secure the compressor in place.
The procedure for replacing the belt is the same as the adjustment procedure described above, by
releasing the air conditioner compressor.
•
Before replacing the belt, remove the water hose so that you will be able to remove the
old belt and replace it with a new one, refer to the chapter “Draining the coolant”.
WARNING:
The air conditioner can only be filled by a specialist or a service
centre!
WARNING:
Do not leave any used parts in the environment. They must be
disposed of in accordance with local regulation.
