Function diagnosis (H08 or 08)
A communication check can be made since the query message sent is returned unchanged
as a response message (function of subfunction code H00). Subfunction code H00 (Return
Query Data).

The normal response data to (including CRC check) of the normal response are the same
as those of the query message.

Slave Address
Set the address to which the message will be sent. Broadcast communica-
tion cannot be made (0 is invalid)
Function Set H08.
Subfunction Set H0000.
Data
Any data can be set if it is 2 bytes long.
The setting range is H0000 to HFFFF.
