Parameters
ip-address
Enter the IP address of the peer router in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name
Enter the name of the peer group to disable all routers within
the peer group.
interface
Enter the keyword
loopback
then a number of the Loopback
interface. The range is from 0 to 16383.

Assign a weight to the neighbor connection, which is used to determine the best path.
