I1 (Filter time constant for NV input): Effective for eliminating noise in the frequency setting circuit.
Increase the filter time constant if steady operation cannot be performed due to noise. A larger setting
results in slower response (t gets longer).
I2 ~ I5: Setting input range and corresponding frequency to –10V ~ 0V V1 input voltage
Ex) when minimum (–) input voltage is -2V with corresponding frequency 10Hz and Max
voltage is –8V with run freq. 50Hz.
I6 ~ I10: Setting input range and corresponding frequency to 0 ~ +10V V1 input voltage
