8 + 8-bit PPG output mode
The 8 + 8-bit PPG output mode causes the PPG0 of the 2-channel modules (PPG0 and PPG1) to operate as
an 8-bit prescaler and the underflow output of the PPG0 to operate as the count clock of the PPG1.
