Motor torque characteristic
The following figure shows the torque characteristic of the premium high-efficiency IPM motor [MM-
EFS (1500 r/min specification)] when used with an inverter.

NOTES The motor can also be used for applications which require the rated speed of 1800 r/min.
The torque characteristic is when the armature winding temperature is 20 °C, and the input volt-
age to the inverter is 200 V AC or 400 V AC.
Constant-speed operation cannot be performed for the speed of 150 r/min or less.
The standard model (MM-EFS 1M or MM-EFS 1M4) with an 11 kW or higher capacity is designed
for a direct connection only.
