Prepare the power supply in accordance with the power supply specifications of the detector.
The applied output signal terminals differ by the settings of Pr. 190 to Pr. 196 (output terminal
function selection).
The applied input signal terminals differ by the settings of Pr. 178 to Pr. 189 (input terminal function
selection).
There is no need to input AU signal.
