Step 5
Connect the threaded connecting ends removed from the straight pipe to the external pipe
(apply thread sealant on the joints of external screw threads), and secure them using a 75#
open-end wrench and an 18# pipe wrench. As shown by (1) in
Figure 3-43 .
Step 6
Route the other end of the straight pipe through the side door to the pipe of the smart cooling
product using a black sealing ring (seal the pipe connection point using a black sealing ring),
as shown by (2) in
Figure 3-43 .
Step 7
Secure the pipe using hold hoops, as shown by (3) in Figure 3-43 .
Step 8
Attach thermal insulation foam to the pipe, and then install the pipe clamp on the side panel of
the NetCol8000-C using a Phillips screwdriver to secure the pipe. Wrap the pipes with
thermal insulation foam after installing the pipes. As shown by (4) in
Figure 3-43 .
