Check that the chilled water
valve is secure and that the
actuator cable is connected
securely.
Secure the chilled water valve and the
actuator cable.

Export smart cooling product
logs and alarms as well as the
operating status and time of
the fan, electric heater, and
wet film humidifier from the
monitoring system. View the
historical alarms generated in
this quarter and select the
most common five ones. (If
no monitoring system is
available, skip this item.)
Rectify the fault or contact Huawei
technical support.
Electric heater
Check that the electric heater
is fixed reliably.
Retighten the electric heater and its
switch.
Check that the electric heater
surfaces are not eroded.
Replace the electric heater.
Wet film
humidifier
Check that the valve on the
water inlet pipe for the wet
film humidifier is open.
When the NetCol8000-C is
on, choose
Maint
>
Diagnostic Mode
>
Enter
to
start the wet film humidifier.
If no water is supplied, check the
cable connection or replace the water
inlet solenoid valve.
If no water is supplied to the wet film
humidifier, check the cable
connection to the water pump or
replace the humidifier water pump.
Cables
Check that cables are not
aged.
Replace cables if necessary.
Differential
pressure
switch
Check that the pressure inlet
tube is not blocked or
over-bent.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure switch
are securely connected.
Reconnect the cables.
