The temperature control
of a NetCol8000-C is
abnormal.
The valve plug of the chilled
water valve is reversely installed.
Check that the chilled water valve plug is
correctly installed.
The chilled water valve is stuck.
Replace the chilled water valve.
The temperature and humidity
thresholds are improper.
Adjust the temperature and humidity
thresholds.
Alarms, such as water overflow
and no refrigerant output, are
generated.
Check the alarm causes and clear the alarm
manually.
The chilled water valve is faulty
or the cable connection is
incorrect.
Replace the actuator or reconnect the cable.
The NetCol8000-C leaks
at the bottom
The thermal insulation foam of the
NetCol8000-C is damaged.
Check whether thermal insulation foam of the
NetCol8000-C is securely installed and repair
the damaged thermal insulation tube.
The drainpipe is blocked.
Ensure that the drainpipes are not over-bent
and the drainpipe connectors are securely
installed.
The pipes leak.
Check the pipes and weld the pipe or fasten
related bolts if the pipes leak.
The water inlet solenoid valve
cannot be closed.
Replace the water inlet solenoid valve.
Drainage capacity of the
NetCol8000-C decreases.
The drainpipe is bend or trapped.
Check that drainpipes are free from bends and
traps. Ensure that the height difference for
drainage is enough.
The heating function
fails.
The electric heater temperature
switch is being protected.
Check whether the temperature switch is
faulty. Replace the faulty switch.
An electric heater is burnt out.
Disconnect the power supply and check
whether the electric heater is damaged by
checking the electric heater resistance
properties with an ohmmeter.
No water is supplied to
the water inlet solenoid
valve of the humidifier.
The upstream water supply is
faulty or the water pressure is
below the lower threshold.
Restore the water supply.
The water inlet solenoid valve is
blocked or faulty.
Replace the water inlet solenoid valve.
The cable to the water inlet
solenoid valve is incorrectly
connected.
Reconnect the cable.
The humidifier float jams and fails
to fall down, or the cable
connection is faulty.
Manually operate the float or reconnect the
cable.
