Adjusting
Torque
Compensation
Gain
Normally,
there is no need to make this adjustment. Do not adjust the torque compensation gain when using
open
loop vector control.
For
V/f control, adjust the torque compensation gain in the following circumstances.
•
If
the cable is very long, increase the set value.
•
If
the (maximum applicable) motor capacity is smaller than the Inverter capacity, increase the set value.
•
If
the motor is vibrating, reduce the set value.
Adjust
this parameter so that the output current during low-speed rotation does not exceed the Inverter rated
output
current range.

Torque
compensation gain
Set
the torque compensation gain using the multi-
plication
factor. Normally, there is no need to
change
this parameter. Adjust the torque compen-
sation
gain in the following circumstances.
• If
the cable is very long, increase the set value.
• If
the motor is smaller than the maximum
applicable
motor of the Inverter, increase the
set
value.
• If
the motor is vibrating, reduce the set value.
Adjust
this parameter so that the output current
during
low-speed rotation does not exceed the
Inverter
rated output current range.
